Iphone 5C disabled no itunes access

My passcode was changed, and I guess I forgot it. I have now managed to disable my phone in the process of trying to remember my passcode. I am not around my computer with ITunes and I kinda cant wait that long. Is there a way to restore my phone from the device itself without using iTunes?
