how i can remove my old apple id

how i can get back my old apple.?

my phone was stlen last week.luck me after report police i got my phone.

so the problem now.i can't use it anymore.because the phone ask me to log in the APPLE ID i been used it before.

How i can remove my old APPLE ID.

how i can activate my phone without my old APPLE ID.
