Q: I cannot change the apple Id, I have the following error "Your request could not be completed because of an error."

I am puzzled, I try desperately to change the apple id and I have an error message not useful at all : "Your request could not be completed because of an error." . Point is I lose the email address and soon will not have access to it. Thanks for helping me.
