I have been using Apple products for many years, but all of a sudden I cannot get my notes to sync to my iMac. I have checked and double checked, and my iCloud and Gmail accounts are both existent and checked on my settings. I have spent considerable time researching and trying to figure this out to no avail.
Has anyone else been having this problem, and if so, how the heck can I fix it?

How long have you had trouble with notes syncing?
What devices are you syncing between?
A simple thing to try would be turning iCloud notes on/off. This has helped me when iCloud has failed to sync in the past.
Signing out of iCloud on your Mac, and then back in again will often clear up the channel, and iCloud will start pushing the data to your Mac again. I would suggest you try that after you have tried turning Notes off and back on again as 16acochran recommended.
