I'' Unable to connect to web watsapp it show restart your devised i restart my device reset all my device each and evry thing but issue never solved updated my device software but facing same issue does this issue below to my hardware problem as some times when i click photo its show strange line on pictures help me please. my camera also stuck when used IMO APP and switch cam from front to rear cam it stucks or hangs

You could try deleting and reinstalling WhatsApp but please note that without a backup this will delete your conversations so backup first just in case.
You could also try a System Restore. First backup your device using iTunes. Then import your photos to your computer and copy all important data. Try restoring from backup first and testing it. If it does not help, you may have to restore as New and reconfigure from scratch as the backup could be corrupted. For this reason it is important to have your photos and data saved separately from the backup.
