I have recently purchased a 64g iPhone 6S+. I changed my home screen wallpaper to a dynamic (live) version, but it does not seem to react when I am in the screen. Do I have a problem?
iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.1, 64g
In Settings > General > Accessibility, do you have "Reduce Motion" turned on? If so, try turning it off.
If it is already off, try force restarting:
Hold both the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears.

The movement is subtle. It's not nearly as dramatic as some of the live wallpapers I've used on Android phones.

If you are talking about live wallpaper, then it will only animate when you use 3D Touch on the lock screen, it won't do it on the home screen. It also won't do it at all if you enabled Low Power Mode.
