1. Try a different charger - preferably an original Apple or one with MFi certification in a wall socket for at least one hour
2. Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.

I had this issue on my iPad air 2 and a simple reboot helped resolve it.

Apr 30, 2016 4:51 PM in response to petroneteamby Kenichi Watanabe,Are you using the USB power adapter that came with the iPad? The USB port on your computer and lower-wattage USB power adapters may not supply enough power to charge your iPad.
