logic pro x play head bug

whenever i scroll the play head back wards or upwards it creates a space before the playhead or if scrolled upwards its above the play head.. and with a click it comes back to normal ...the playhead does not move from the position 1 but creates a space before 1 if scrolled backwards and above if scrolled upwards and increases withe the number of scrolls ...its very annoying as i see no point for it to create a space when scrolled .....iv tried reinstalling the software ..its still there ....anyone facing the same issue ......is this a bug ?
