Blue Glitches and Phone Restarts automatically

Hello Guys,

I bought an iPhone 5s few days back and now I am facing an issue where i get blue glitches on my phone and it restarts automatically..this usually happens 10-15 times a day....Is any fix available for this..iOS version - 9.3.1...Please help me resolve this..Thank you...

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1

Thanks Carolyn, but i get this - You might see this unexpected behavior on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if you have an older version of iOS. These steps can help.But I am using latest version of iOs only - 9.3.1
