video is playing sound when started.suddenly getting muted and again playing sound.solve my issue

Can you provide more details -
- Is this happening with all or just one video?
- Did you make that on the iPhone or receive it in a message or are you viewing it on a site / app like YouTube?
- Does music play well on the phone? If it is on the phone versus if it is streaming?
