Unable to create Apple ID

Question

Unable to create Apple ID

HEllo, trying to create a new Apple ID for my sister.

Its a new email address (this is her first phone) I type all the info to create the Apple ID, I receive the verification code via email address but it doesn't work 😟 I've tried re-sending it but I get the same 'not able to continue' type message everytime.

I don't know where to go from here?!

Help anyone?!

If this is happening today, there are indications that there may some problems with Apple's back-end systems today (several reports of various services failing to act right)

I would recommend waiting until later - or tomorrow even - and see if the problem clears up

You could choose the phone call method down the path starting here > Contact Apple Support
