no "add new shortcut" under keyboard
I wanted to add custom shortcuts to my txts, but when i go to settings --> general --> keyboards ... there is no "add new shortcut" link....
whats going on?....
iPhone 5c, iOS 9.3.1
Tap on Text Replacement and you should see a plus sign in the top right corner that lets you add a new shortcut.
