How to Attach a note to a photo?

Hi,

Unfortuntely there is no such way to do this directly in the photos app at present.

However, you could insert an image into notes and add a caption below it.

To do this go into notes, tap the lower right icon to create a new note, tap the '+' in a circle once the keyboard has popped up, tap the camera icon, tap photo library, insert the photo and type whatever you would like below this.
