Q: Not viewing my contacts

Hi

I have just got a 5s & given my 4 to my old husband. We have two separate apple id's but for some reason i see his contacts & not mine. Any idea why?

I have checked under settings, i-cloud & our apple id's are logged in correctly.

Do this on your phone please
(Sorry about the earlier post)

Settings - iCloud - UN Check contacts say yes to the warning that contacts will be deleted from your phone
Sign out find iPhone
Sign out iCloud

Force restart the phone

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Sign back into all of the above with your own Apple iD
