Q: iPad does not show up when trying to send an image from my iMac to my iPad

I am able to airdrop from iPhone to iPad. iMac has airdrop turned on. What am I doing wrong?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

Make sure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on for the iMac > How to use AirDrop with your iPad & Mac

Yes, everything is turned on yes I don't see my Mac on my airdrop on my phone or vise versa
