New phone nothing but issues
I Cannot locate camera? Safari? Not on my phone. I cannot delete any apps, they jiggle but no x on any of them. My problem started when I down loaded 9.3
on my iPhone 5c. Figured I needed a new phone got iPhone 6 and backed up into same problem. Did a hard reset via pc but it still comes back with same problem.
