Why do I get random "activate iPad" messages? iPad Air 2, 9.3.1 build 13E238.

Since I installed IOS 9.3.1 Build 13E238 on my iPad Air 2, I have been getting, several times a day, a random "activate iPad" message. This interrupts whatever I am doing, and I have to enter my id and password to clear it. Then it does return me to wherever I was. Rather irritating . . . Any help out there?

thanks,

Brad.

There was an issue with activation with 9.3 on some older devices (not Air 2) that 9.3.1 (13E238) was supposed to have fixed. This is the first I hear about it on 9.3.1. All I can suggest is doing what ckuan already recommended. Maybe your update got corrupted during the download and if the forced restart does not solve then a restore may have to be performed.
