Accidentally purchased the wrong movie.
I haven't downloaded it but Apple wont refund?
What did they say when you contacted them and how did you contact them (http://reportaproblem.apple.com or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) ? Did the film start to download and you stopped it ?
