Q: Phone 6 is not responding on lock screen..

hello,

i am not able to put in my pass code to unlock my phone. I know what my passcode is, and have not locked myself out of my phone.

THe problem is the device, when it is locked i am able to swipe right and the keypad comes up for my passcode. It is unresponsive at this point, and i am unable to unlock my phone.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1, The phone is not responsive
