Can an Apple Store fix a microphone on a iPhone 6?

For the past 6 months, my microphone has no been working for Siri, cell phone calls, voice audio, videos on camera, and mostly everything else on the iPhone 6 that uses a microphone.I have iOS 9.3.1 on my iPhone 6 and I've tried many steps to try and fix the problem like: restarting my phone, check to see if anything was blocking mic, etc. It's getting really irritating, so I was wondering if an Apple Store would be able to fix it, or if I have to get a new phone.
