How do I verify?

When I attempt to install itunes, it says "Could not open key UNKNOWN Components\ 339F228ED07C4FC39AD22 7368BCAFCO3\AAF2C5EFD81190545BD1F317CCE9B 1E3. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel". How do I verify?
