iphone stuck on apple logo

My iPhone 5s has been jamming and freezing for about two days, and the only way i could get it to stop for a while was to restart it.

I just restarted it after it starting jamming again and now it is stuck on the apple logo and won't turn on any further than this. I've tried holding the power button and home button together but it just continues getting stuck on the apple logo.

does anyone know how i can fix this or what the problem is?
