Touch ID question
Is it possible in any way, with apps or not to lock the Photos app with the Touch ID sensor? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

No that is not possible natively
Also - as you probably know - the apps in the iPhone are sandboxed and external apps do not have access to the native apps as I understand - hence that would not be possible
