Q: "Can’t download episodes from your feed." message form SoundCloud to Itunes

The URL of your media file is

http://feeds.soundcloud.com/stream/261761940-truecrimejapan-ep01-the-wakayama-po isoning-incident.mp3

When this is entered in a browser there is a 301 redirect to

http://feeds-tmp.soundcloud.com/stream/261761940-truecrimejapan-ep01-the-wakayam a-poisoning-incident.mp3

This produces the error message

403 Forbidden

Request forbidden by administrative rules.

You will have to take this up with Soundcloud.

Soundcloud is having technical issues and it affects the RSS feeds. 

http://status.soundcloud.com

If / When the feeds are fixed they may update at that link.

Podcasting is just a very very very small part of their offering and an outage like this just shows why as a podcaster that is not where you want to host your show.  There are other reasons.  But best to look around after the feeds come back.
