I understand that you are unable to install iTunes on your computer running Windows 10. In this situation, I would first recommend reading over and working through the steps in the following article to ensure that iTunes and all of its components have been completely removed from any previous install.
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
Once you are sure these components have been removed, the article continues with instructions to install iTunes again fresh.
