iPhone Video Folder contaminated with Short video clips of Live photos

After syncing my iPhone to the Photos app in my macbook Pro, my iPhone Video Folder contaminated with thousands of Short video clips of Live photos. Each clip is 2-3 seconds long and it became difficult to find my own recorded videoclips.

What should I do? Does deleting these videos affect my Live Photos in my iPhone and iCloud Photo Library?
