.plist files
I was looking through my .plist files and i found one called org.videolan.vlc.plist.lockfile and one called com.trollteck.plist.lockfile. Dose anyone have any ideas what these mean?

These are usually used to flag whether or not a particular preferences file is in use, in order to limit access by multiple programs.
