Soo this is interesting.
At work my MacBook Pro and iPhone have no issues with Airdrop. But when I get home they will not see each other. They are on the same Wifi network and Bluetooth and Wifi turned on!?!?!

Make sure that both the MacBook Pro and iPhone are connect to the same Wi-Fi Network. When using airdrop, I suggest changing the settings to 'everyone' where it says "who can see me?" while you are at home. Doing this may rectify the issue. Thanks. I have Googled what I could and yes, both devices are connected to the same wifi netowrk and options "See everyone" is selected on both devices.
But still no luck. Like I said. It works at the office on a different wifi network.
Interesting. Have you tried restarting both of the devices?
Yes. It's not a new phenomenon. I have never been able to get them to see each other. I just haven't bothered seekiing help before now.
