What does the app's description page in the store say, does it mention anything about auto-renewing subscriptions and/or does it list in-app purchases that indicate they might be subscriptions ? Any apps that you download that have auto-renewing subscriptions should also show on your account : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support.
