I restarted my apple tv because my netflix and hulu were unavailable but, after I did, all of the apps weren't there anymore. I restarted it a couple more times and they still weren't there. I even unplugged my apple tv. None of those actions worked. What should I do?

Verify you are still signed into your apple account in settings then launch the app store app and select purchased section and re-download your purchased apps.
