In app Purchase successful yet I haven't received what I paid for

I Paid for an in app purchase for gems in clash of clans and it was successful yet I haven't received them. Any help please?

Have you contacted the developer of the game ? What did they say ? If they can't / won't help try contacting iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Thanks for the reply. I haven't contacted them yet but I've heard of it happening to many, many people and they said to contact Apple on the online chat. I also paid for it with a gift card and people had also said that it'll be easier to refund if you have used a gift card for the purchase.
