Texting problem in iphone 6s

I Was trying to send a text message to a unknown number while I was typing then phone number it got stuck on the 3rd digit of the number My phone is a brand new iphone 6s 64 gb with latest ios. Apple care failed to resolve the issue after resetting. Restarting. Everything. Still problem exist. Another thing sound distortion at speaker

Did you try to use the app switcher to close Messages before you restarted the phone?

If not - please try it

Close messages and any other running apps

Then hold sleep/wake and home buttons down together till you see the  logo

Then allow normal boot up

See if the issue is resolved

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support
