iPad Pro 9.7 - no menue item to change Sim Pin?

Apple's information on how to change the SIM pin on an iPad Pro is outdated or wrong. The way to do it as of July 2017 (iOS 10.3.2) is as follows:

Settings ==>Mobile Data==>Mobile Data Options==>SIM Pin==>Change Pin

In some countries the option "Mobile Data Options" may be replaced by "Cellular Data Options"

You can change the vibration setting here

Settings ==>Mobile Data==>Mobile Data Options==>SIM Applications==>Mobile ID==>Vibration setting

These options are very well hidden, so it is quite understandable that people can't find them

One cannot place a pin on new SIM cards on iPhones either. I've been looking for the last week and on numerous webistes and no-one seems to have noticed this bug yet. Every 'solutions' points to a menu-address Settings > Phone > SIM PIN, a menu-address that does not exist under iOS 9.3.

Ok, I found it on the iPhone : SETTINGS / PHONE : Phone is down in the 5th ghrouping (along with Mail, Notes, Reminders, etc...)

Also, strangely there is no way to search it within Settings. If you type SIM, all that comes up is Import SIM Contacts... Definitely some room for improvement here.
