MacBook has SSD with RAID 0?

RAID 0 is no good for booting, because if one disk or the controller fails, all is lost.

Concerning my question, I asked because the benchmarking reports of read/write speeds of 947MB/s and 845MB/s, respectively, as described at

But there are no such SSD disks around except in RAID 0, as far as I know. Indeed, it contains Toshiba TH58TFT0DFKLAVF 128 GB MLC NAND Flash (x2, 256GB Total) as shown at

That points out to RAID 0. That is why I asked. Someone knows Toshiba TH58TFT0DFKLAVF 128 GB MLC NAND Flash read/write specifications?
