May 1, 2016 3:47 AM in response to Ulvsimonby David Shanahan,You need to use a 3rd party DVD burning app as iDVD is no longer supported. Have a look in the Mac App Store and other sources online, there are many to choose from both free and paid apps.

May 1, 2016 4:26 AM in response to Ulvsimonby MichelPM,Apple's iDVD is still available as part of older Apple's iLife suite of Apps and still works with the current OS X version.
Purchase iLife '09 from online places like Amazon.com.
iLife'09 has the version of iDVD thst contains a variety of menu themes that later versions do not.
If you purchase iLife '09, install just iDVD only and none of the otther apps on the disc by performing a custom install.
Another more expensive DVD burning/authoring app that works is Roxio Toast Pro Titanium.
Another DVD burning app for videos is the free, open source OS X app called,
Burn
