Q: how can i seperate an iphone 6s from the i cloud?

Basically, I have this phone that was a part of the I-cloud, and now I need it not to be.... Problem is, the person that had this phone is no longer a part of the plan..... I need to get passed this in order to finish activating.... How do I bypass this?

You need to get that "other person" to do this:

If you can't, you won't be able to use that phone.
