It seems the problem is my user-authority.
I reinstall OS X, i made resetpassword, I cancel iPhoto .plist and the Container + Preferences (iPhoto). Nothing helps.

Where is the music from? Was it purchased from iTunes and does it have DRM (digital rights management) protection?
Can you access your iTunes library from the slideshow mode of iPhoto in its Music pane?
Does the music play or not play when in iPhoto? Where does it not play?
Need a lot more info like above before we can begin to figure out what's the problem.

Additionally create a new user account, make it an admin account, and try from there. I say from your other topic that it works in the Guest account.
My thinking is if it works in the new admin account and all else fails you can can move your files to the new account and use it as your primary account.

Wow - that´s very complicated for me - I´m a MAC - starter (since 1/2 year). What things i Have to do?

First create a new administrative user account according to these Apple documents:
OS X El Capitan: Set up users on your Mac.
OS X El Capitan: New user or group setup
Check to make sure the music plays in that account.
