Since today the timezone for Caracas is GMT - 4:00 but my Mac doesn't show the correct time.
Some one knows if I have to do something else to fix this?
Currently my MAC shows GMT -4:30.

"Toggle" automatic time > OS X El Capitan: Set the date and time on your Mac -- then see if the time "fixes itself"

Venezuela doesn't do Daylight time, the president just changed to gmt - 4:00
