LOST SOUND ON IPHONE PHONE CALLS on my 5s

I lost about 90% of the sound on my incoming phone calls. Caller can hear me fine but I can hardly hear them. Any help would be appreciated. I tried most suggestion that were on the internet but none worked. Only had the phone about 14 months and it's like new but of course Apple can't help.
