My iphone 6s after i upgrade it to 9.3.1is very slow and has alot of leg what should ido

Did you already try to force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data doing this.
If this does not help, setting it back to factory settings and restoring from the latest backup would be the next step after that.
