i have iPad air2 and i want to transfer the app to new computer i dont know y when i tune reach the step of transferring it skip it although i make my computer authorized but still not working please help me

This feature works only for content bought from the iTunes Store. Any items that you imported from audio CDs or received from other sources won't copy from your device to the iTunes library. However, all podcasts from your device's Podcasts app and copies of all PDFs, books, and audiobooks from your device's iBooks app will transfer to your computer.
