Frozen touchpad - Macbook Air

Hello,

From time to time, my touchpad at macbook air (2015, OS X El Capitan) get frozen. There are no reasons for it. Seems like "random frozen".

Always mustturn macbook of. Then it`s fine.

Does anyone know what can be the reason of this? Moreover, how to fix it?

Thank you very much.

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

See if resetting the SMC helps > Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac

If doesn't help, make an appointment at a Genius Bar

If you can't get to an Apple Store, look for an authorized service provider > Apple - Find Locations
