My iPhone screen will not light up during call. Has my screen gone out?
It is still in mid-call! Has my phone went out?
iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1
This problem was resolved by driving somewhere where I did not have service, forcing the call to drop. My phone works fine now. Thanks.
