I set my wife up in Family Sharing.
I selected a few photos in my iMac, clicked the Share button, chose iCloud Photo Library and selected the Family album.
However the photos did not sync over the my wife's MacBook Air.
Her Family album shows up in Photos, but it is empty.
OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)
