Venezuela didn't get updated after the official change in iOS. Venezuela (VET) UTC−04:00 slated to begin on 1 May 2016 03:00:00. when will it be updated on the clock app?

Try this
Settings - Date and Time - Toggle "automatically" to OFF
Set the time manually
Force restart the phone
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Then go back in and set it back to automatically
See if that helps
I live in the USA not in Venezuela. But when I add any city from Venezuela in the iOS clock native, it does not show the correct time.
Point taken - however the steps should work - the sequence i outlined is not country specific -
It did NOT work. Venezuela still shows the wrong time in the World Clock tab inside the clock app.

Maybe there is an issue with the time change being communicated to the server...
