I bought an iPhone 6s Plus in the United States and now the home button is loose and the top of the device has light bleeding, I wanted to know whether i could get it replaced in India or Hong Kong

The warranty is only valid in the country you purchased it, in this case the US. You should have bought a phone in your home country.
Unfortunately there is no international warranty other than EU where the warranty is European Union wide
You will have to somehow get the phone back to the US to a friend or relative (Apple does not accept international shipments) who would then bring it in - get it repaired / replaced and mailed back to you
