Cast listing no longer appears on Netflix via Apple tv

Until a few weeks ago when I selected a movie on Netflix I could see a description of the movie....below that were Details.....Cast......Genres.....below that were Play.....Rate......Remove......and More.....now the CAST column has disappeared and if I select MORE I no longer see a listing of the cast there either.....Netflix insists it is a problem with my ISP.....however everything on their end checks out ok.....I have 75gb down and almost 9gb up....everything plays fine....loads fine....no issues except the missing CAST column......have both a ATV2 and ATV3 and problem is same on both....I have restarted my ATV.....modem and router....logged out and then back in to Netflix with no change.....anyone out there with any thoughts......thanks in advance for your time.
