Can't upload soundcloud feed to podcast connect

Hiya,

I've started a podcast and would like if possible to upload it to iTunes. When I try to upload my feed - http://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:223406935/sounds.rss - I get the following two notifications:

Can’t download episodes from your feed.

Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

Is there any chance someone could offer me advice on this?

Thanks in advance,

Sam

@somethingonogy: You've fallen over what seems to be an ongoing problem at Soundcloud - you're the third today. The URL of your media file is

http://feeds.soundcloud.com/stream/261646934-user-964883338-stage-blether-episod e-one-greek-week.mp3

This redirects to http://feeds-tmp.soundcloud.com/stream/261646934-user-964883338-stage-blether-ep isode-one-greek-week.mp3

which brings up the error

403 Forbidden

Request forbidden by administrative rules.

You'll have to take this up with Soundcloud.

@derekdots: same issue. (Please don't post in more than one place.)

Soundcloud is having technical issues and it affects the RSS feeds.

If / When the feeds are fixed they may update at that link.

Podcasting is just a very very very small part of their offering and an outage like this just shows why as a podcaster that is not where you want to host your show. There are other reasons. But best to look around before you submit your feed - go with a real podcast host and one that is stable and reliable.
