Q: Resetting iCloud Music Library won't work. Help!

Still trying to resolve this issue which apparently applies to me (and I assume others of you):

 

If your music library shows incorrect details with iTunes Match or Apple Music, and you previously cancelled an iTunes Match subscription

I followed the instructions but when I click "Reset" in my Account info nothing really happens.

 

Does anyone have any tips here? Please help! This is sooooo frustrating.
