How repeat alerts when missed a call ?

The iPhone Messages app contains a section within the Notification Center that supports "Repeat Alerts" when you missed a text message from 0 to 10 times then it no longer sends audible alerts. This is great for folks, like me, who happens to leave the room > forget to check my phone for a while > and missed multiple messages. It's a great and useful function ... However, this is IMPOSSIBILE for missed call. Why ? No one can always take with himself the iphone and may not be able to respond to critical or important calls...

There is no application able to do it ?

iPhone SE, iOS 9.3.1

Not sure this will help you entirely - but missed calls are shown as a notification on the locked screen when you return to the phone if enabled in Notifications

So in essence - there is notification - you are correct it will not issue an audible alert
